Common Questions
Can't log in?
GFAVIP Chat uses your GFAVIP Wallet account. Sign in at wallet.gfavip.com, then reopen the app or visit webchat.gfavip.com. Members can also email vip@globalfromasia.com.
Notifications not working?
On iOS, go to Settings → Notifications → GFAVIP Chat and ensure alerts are enabled. You can also disable notifications there at any time.
Want to use GFAVIP Chat without installing an app?
Open webchat.gfavip.com in Safari, Chrome, or any modern browser on desktop or mobile.
Remove the App or Your Data
These are different actions:
- Remove the app from your iPhone or iPad: Long-press the GFAVIP Chat icon → Remove App → Delete App. This uninstalls the app from your device but does not delete your GFAVIP account or chat history on our servers.
- Delete your account and personal data: Use our account & data deletion page to submit a formal request. See the Privacy Policy for details on what is removed and what may be retained.
