How to Request Account Deletion

Follow both steps below. We process requests only when the form and confirmation email match.

Submit the request form on this page using the email address tied to your GFAVIP account. Describe whether you want your full account deleted or only specific data removed.
Confirm by email. Send an email from that same account address to vip@globalfromasia.com with the subject line GFAVIP Account Deletion Confirmation. This verifies you own the account and helps prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
We review and process your request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete, or we will contact you if we need additional information.

Data That Is Deleted

When your account deletion request is approved, we delete or anonymize:

Your GFAVIP account profile (name, email, profile details, and membership-linked identifiers)
GFAVIP Chat messages, posts, and files stored under your account
Push notification tokens and device identifiers linked to your account
App authentication sessions and usage logs tied to your personal identity
Support correspondence associated with your account, where applicable

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be kept after account deletion when required by law or legitimate business needs:

Financial and membership records (for example, payment or subscription history) retained as required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance — typically up to 7 years
Security and fraud-prevention logs retained for a limited period to protect our community — typically up to 90 days
Anonymized or aggregated analytics that cannot reasonably be linked back to you

Community messages you posted in shared channels may be removed or anonymized so conversation threads remain usable for other members. If you need a specific treatment, note it in your request.
